Nancy previously worked as a school nurse where she promoted health & wellness for the teachers and staff, as well as participated in health fairs. Her eyes and heart were quickly opened to the health disparities in her community and she realized the need for further health education. Seeing this motivated her to become a Nurse Practitioner so she could enhance her ability to provide excellent care, promote health & wellness and improve health outcomes.

Living with Fibromyalgia and inflammatory arthritis allows Nancy to understand and treat patients living with chronic pain. She places a large focus on ensuring her patients are comfortable and confident with her ability to improve their health outcomes and enhance their quality of life. Nancy treated a patient that had received a spinal cord stimulator and proudly watched him rejoin the gym, sit in church without pain and decrease the need for his medication. Watching her patients regain the ability to perform a task or return to work provides daily inspiration to Nancy.

Outside of treating patients, Nancy enjoys spending time with her 4 children and being married to her high school sweetheart for the last 28 years. In her free time, you can find Nancy watching old sitcoms, working in her rose garden or vacationing on the beach.
